CSPO or CSM course submission by CST

Description

Approved Certified Scrum Trainers (CSTs) who wish to deliver CSPO (or CSM) courses must achieve all of the following: 

Be an active Scrum Alliance certificant in good standing (free of Scrum Alliance Code of Ethics complaints or violations).

Hold an active CST certification.

Hold, and have visible on their profile, an active CSP-PO (or CSP-SM, if applying for that path) certification.

Validate at least 24 months of Product Owner (or Scrum Master, if applying for that path) experience, including key learnings and impacts to your trainings.  Experience should include: actively working as a product owner/scrum master and/or actively working as a coach directly with product owners/scrum masters. This experience should have been gained in at least three different areas; for example:  different companies or organizations, business units, product lines, or contexts.

Have instructed or co-instructed at least two product owner/scrum master courses within the last 24 months. These courses may be certified or uncertified.  At least one of these courses must be co-trained with an active CST previously approved to deliver CSPO (or CSM).

Submit mapped CSPO/CSM training materials, which validate the most recent version of the Scrum Foundations and CSPO/CSM learning objectives as well as be aligned with the most recent version of the Scrum Guide

Provide a thorough course offering overview for the submitted course, painting a portrait of the student experience. This overview must detail the minimum 16 hours of course instruction.You may be submitting course materials and/or mapping that were co-created or are proprietary to your company/employer. For the purpose of evaluating your unique CSPO/CSM course submission, we want to see you, your experience, your perspective and your story, come across in your materials. Show us your personal, differentiating approach to product ownership/scrum mastery. Please integrate your unique examples, rooted in your unique experience(s), to highlight your unique approach.  Please provide context to the learning objectives based on your perspective.

Please credit all sources where appropriate and request appropriate permission(s) for photos, illustrations, etc. Please include with your application a list of sources to be acknowledged.  It is YOUR responsibility as the candidate to make sure that you have appropriate rights and licenses to any materials you use.

Please note: it is against your CST agreement to schedule or list any CSPO/CSM courses until you are approved for delivery.  Please do NOT schedule, confirm, nor list any courses until you after you have received an official approval.  Evidence of this will be considered a Code of Ethics violation.
